Terms and Conditions for Project Booking

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a project booking form to Unique Flooring, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Project Scope and Quotation

The information provided in the booking form represents a preliminary project outline. A detailed scope of work and quotation will be provided by Unique Flooring following a consultation and assessment of your specific requirements.

3. Acceptance and Commencement

The project will commence upon the Client's written acceptance of the quotation and any agreed-upon deposit.

4. Changes and Variations

Any changes or variations to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Such changes may affect the project timeline and cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation. Generally, a deposit is required upon acceptance, with progress payments throughout the project and a final payment upon completion.

6. Delays and Extensions

Unique Flooring will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in scope, or factors beyond our control may necessitate an extension of the timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring site access, and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals.

8. Warranty

Unique Flooring provides a warranty on workmanship and materials, the details of which will be outlined in the quotation.

9. Liability

Unique Flooring maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the parties may pursue mediation or arbitration.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Unique Flooring and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
